This is your opportunity to sample the variety of Pilates workouts offered at the studio!
We’ll kick off this class with 15 minutes on the reformer moving through a general reformer warm up session - footwork, feet in straps, and pulling straps can be found here. Following the warm up see how Pilates can be translated to TRX suspension straps in 15 minutes of body weight resistance work inspired by the Pilates practice. The 3rd segment in our sampler session takes us to advanced core - discover what your plank has been missing! In the final stage experience the Pilates jump board - cardio and Pilates team up to make a fast impact on your calorie burn for the day.
